Merry Christmas to you all!

I resently pursuaded my brother to buy FB. He did, and now he's an addict too. Furthermore, he believes that he can beat me in a mano-a-mano style dogfight. (He is a self acclaimed expert on the Spitfire IX ("). I'm staying a couple of days during Christmas at his place, bringing a laptop and my Logitech(") to prove him wrong.

Now, how do I set this up? I only play on Hyperlobby(") servers and have no experience how to host a small dog fight map with a full plane set. Would some kind person care to give me some basic instructions?

Cheers,

Well, you go into multiplayer, select "host game" you then can set difficulty settings, choose the map you want to play on (there's several standard ones) and load it up.

Very straightforward really. And when your brother wants to join he just goes to multiplayer, selects join game and there yours should already show up as it will be detected on the network.

enjoy! and show him. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Thanks, Arnie. I suspected it was easy. Much obliged!

Oh, one detail, its pretty straightforward, but it might help to mention, if you click host game you first select the type of game, so you can choose among dogfight, coop and campaign and then select create. After that you get to set the difficulty and load maps.

Enjoy your Christmas and see you on EasternHotshots in 2005 then. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/25.gif
