Il2DCG Sidi Barrani, 1940 Campaign could be available soon !!!!!!

Il2DCG Sidi Barrani, 1940 Campaign will be set over a 200 X 50 KMs maps I got enlarging "Sands of Time" Il2 map: it matches the Bardia-Matruth region.

Plenty of static objects: buildings, palms, airfields, troops camps and other installations populate map locations.

The campaign will shaw Italian Regia Aeronautica versus RAF.

I'm beginning beta testing now.....

consult Il2DCG site for more detailes:

Sounds very intersting JastaV!

For someone as clueless as me, could you say a few words on how you expand a map and how the expanded version can then be incorporated into your game?

I always thought new maps could only be added in new game versions, for example like Ian's desert and Burma maps will be?

If I'm misinterpreting your statement my apologies!

I can only say "Wow". I didn't know such a thing was possible.

Does the expanded map only work if using Il2DCG? I guess so, as there would be no way to select it in say the FMB?

Even more than flying over P.T.O. open waters
campaigns ???????

Landscape is Desert -Sands_of_time Kind-, but I added plenty of location as oasis, troop camps and depots, Airfieds,......
Anyway, with an optimized DCG.exe I expect you will not be bored at all: I look to plenty of Air-engaagements and mud-moving actions.....
