Put any wounded men into the bow or stern compartment and he will do his work. If one of your crewmates is completely red, he is dead but if he is outlined in red then he can be healed. This takes time.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

Also, you can right click on the crewmate that is completely red(dead), and you will have the option to bury him at see. I thought I would just throw that in.

Welcome Arthur !!!

I didn't know this... I've just let the guy 'ferment' in the sub for the rest of the trip http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/51.gif http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/1072.gif

Does it make a difference if you leave decide to bring the body home?

No, you just end up replacing him once back at port. The Grim Reaper takes him away.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

hmm, I half expected the dead body to affect the morale of the crew. Like really it would be horrible if you had to keep a dead man aboard for an extended amount of time without being able to freeze or embalm him.

Indeed, the morale should be affected, with the exception of the sporadic on-board necrophile, who is feeling allright http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

I hate to be crass, but you seen this one coming from a mile away...there should be an option to fire the dead body out of the tube and have it float to the surface so some noob escorts will think they scored a kill and cease their search...I know, horribly cliche... http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.gif<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

Although this may have been tried, I wonder if this idea ever worked? You would need a fairly "fresh" corpse and it would have to appear to have suffered some trauma, from the presumed implosion of a depthcharged sub. Firing out a body that had been laying about for a week or so would soon be seen through. A good many escort vessels had some medically trained personnel aboard who would soon see through the fraud of a stale corpse. I cannot imagine any cir***stance under which a submarine commander would allow a corpse to remain aboard any longer than the time it would take to evade the initial event which killed him and thereafter to bury the body at sea. Perhaps if they were very close to port when the death occurred, otherwise the expedient thing to do was to bury the dead at sea. Having a corpse aboard for an indecent amount of time would both erode the morale of the crew and eventually pose a health hazard.

Edit: The auto-censor bleeped out the word cir-c-u-m-stance? Ridiculous.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">

I guess that means I won't be able to eat that fruit known as the ***quat? Of course, it has two possible spellings, the alternative being kumquat.<div class="ev_tpc_signature">
