Thanks a lot RBB_63! I had no idea there was a nice template for the I-16 http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/35.gif

The I-16 is a very difficult bird to skin for, the template makers seem to keep their I-16 templates tight to their chest. This is the best one I have seen so far, thanks!

I have fiddled a bit with the template, but there's something up with it that upsets BRIGHT. Every time I try to export a Bright file, all I get out of it is jumbled pixels.

Try to lower saturation in the tech layers.
Might be just Bright beeing overloaded by the colour depth of the template.

Thanks for the tip, but no effect. It's actually a quite drab template compared even to my own Hurricane template (which works perfectly with Bright).

I can't download it right now ( not at home ) but it sometimes happens to me that too many complex weathering layers and textures in specific make the individual colourcount go crazy an in turn produce the grey bright mud ( because of the hundreds of different shades a structural texture creates of a single colour).

It's actually a very collapsed template (not very flexible I'm afraid), about 10 layers. It looked good when I first downloaded it, but having worked with Jesters stuff, I quickly grew disenchanted.

Very basic indeed. But it provides a starting place if you have some time to put the extra work into it http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
