At what G force level does the grey out/redout occur as modelled in the sim.... I am not asking for any changes mind you.. I am just curious as to what G level it is when the effect kicks in...

iirc the p47 has a g-force instrument, so with a bit numbing down the fm to allow you pulling bat turns, it can be found out...

Blackout/Greying out begins about 5-6 g - it is not instant. Red-out you'll start getting already once inverted -1 g.

The G-meter on the P-47 is on the bottom left quadrant of the console. Look for the gauge that has widely spaced numbers of 1-2-3.. etc.

Bear.....you can also d/l and install the program UDPGraph and have a G meter to check red and blackout.

I've never noticed the G meter on the Jug. I'll have to check this out.

Apparently it is called an accelerometer... it is gauge number 5 on HBs viewer..

I have been meaning to try UDPGraph. There are actually a couple of utilities that will give you an onscreen display "speedbar style" of G force as registered by the game engine for all aircraft.. just flip through this thread:

Also .. being ORR and all .. this might be the place to point out that an option to enable G force in the speedbar might be a nice feature for BoB

Just remember that devicelink puts a load on your PC so watch the framerate.
Best time to use it IMO is during playback of tracks.
It also will not work online.

G Indicator is not recorded in tracks.

Except Oleg finaly did give in to my suggestion to include it in the ntrk files ?
