Now this is interesting:

It's a vest that is "designed to simulate the direction and force of bullet fire in a first-person-shooter (FPS) game."

But the really interesting part is the very last paragraph:

"Next year the company plans to ship a version of the vest that will mimic G-forces and turning pressures for flight and car games."

This would seriously limit the idiotic maneouvres in online games http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif
Anyways, I hope that people will like being bruised just by playing a video game http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif

I still think that the most immersive thing for this sim would be to have every one n.u.t.s. connected to a 24v battery with a switch that goes one when you get Killed.

That would give rise to some pretty interesting defensive manoeuvers.... and TS comments.... http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/88.gif

But will it fit over my regular bullet proof vest?
That sounds pretty good, I hope they can keep the price below $200.00 as they indicate.
Im diabetic, and I have neuropathy in my legs,(cannot use rudders because I cannot "feel" much below the knees) but I had these treatments where I put a large (leg length) device over my leg and a pnumatic pump would blow the device up like a baloon putting pressure on the entire leg, well both legs actually. It was like a deep massage, but I thought then that it must be similar to a G-suit for jet fighters. It would be cool if I could get the vest and the Leggings I have, to work together for a full suit.

Thing is, everyone would need to use it online, for a level playing field.
