can someone tell me if its possible to get perfect water with a creative gf 4200 Ti/64Mb?
What are the requirements/pixel shaders versions to get it work?
I just get black ocean and tried all.

If its possible, can someone tell what are the settings?

You can get perfect water, but it won`t look very good. The GF4ti4200 just doesn`t have the shader ability I`m afraid. You certainly won`t be able to run water=3.

When I had the GF4 I just ran Perfect with water=0, this way I atleast got the land detail/range.

I don't know much about graphic cards, but I've got GF N6200 128 MB and perfect water renders the game unplayable. But you can give it a try.

You have to set your Video Modes in Hardware Setup to OpenGL, Attempt Stencil Buffer & 32 color resolution. Video Options - set Landscape Detail to Perfect. Outside the game, in the conf.ini in the game's main folder, find the section [Render_OpenGL] (it should be at the very end) and type Water=2 instead of Water=1 on the appropriate line. Water=3 should give you the best effects possible. At least this way it worked for me.
