Need help with the single player missions..

Hmm i just saved Da vinci ( from the Da Vinci's Disappearance DLC) after i found Da Vinci we went to some kind of a temple and there were blue numbers and other things blinking on the walls.. after that we walked out of the room and we were again in Rome.. I heard some background noises that they have found the location of the temple but they can't wake me because i'm in coma.. what should i do now?!

thats part of the game. You hve already finished the game, and the da vinci dlc was an extra add-on. You can keep playing as Ezio

Yep, the numbers were GPS coordinates to the temple.
