View Full Version : B-25 Oil Pressure and Temp gauge needles reversed?

As funny as it seems, I only now noticed that the Oil pressure and temperature needles in the B-25 cockpit indicate opposite engines.
I got my Left engine shot and the 'R' oil gauge needle was going down, as well as the R engine temperature. RPM gauges however were correct.

Or, maybe it is supposed to be this way?

Hmm, thats odd, when I get an engine hit that affects my gauges they read correctly for the correct engine. Does this happen alot or random?

B25 gauges also read low, seems it is FUBAR

I presume that engine #1 is also the Left "L" engine from the pilot's perspective, right?

Well, when I start the left #1 engine, needle called R on the Oil pressure gauge becomes active.

Neat, eh? Just a minor detail anyways.

Happens over here too, oil temp and oil pressure.

Me thinks: Need to swap the L/R labelling ...

Yeah, I just noticed a typo in the Hellcat cockpit the other night as well.
