Know anybody how skin cache on server and on clients works? If five pilots with 5 same skins are connected to same server, assign server these skins to 25 numbers and distribute these skins to these pilots?

Think I understand the question mate. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif

Ok when hosting online campaigns we like to use personalized custom skins. In order to avoid the server from having to move the skins around, each participant beforehand places a copy of EVERYONE'S skin into the appropriate folder in the rig. Everyone enables skin downloads and we fly.

I think you're wrong.
Selected skin from my paintschemes directory is transferred to server. Server assign unique number to that skin and transfer that skin to other clients.

If I speculate about your theory, how my client (il2fb) can discover that my skin 123456.bmp in cache folder is same as skin mymateskin.bmp in my paintschemes folder?
