I saw someone on the list who could not activate his Pe-2 software. I think it is possible to retrieve this by logging into your ubi account at the ubi store and accessing it through your customer info:

Go to my account, click on my orders,click on shipped? yes, click on click here to view this products download info...key is listed at step number 5.

I do not know if this actually works......Yet this is EXACTLY the type of worthwhile posting that separates the contributors, responsible and valuable people in these forums from the over reacting drama queens.......

James, I suggested this in another thread, but one of the guys only found a blank where the key should be. That leads me to believe that the problem lies in the transaction software itself, and not just the e-mail routine. It's definitely still worth trying for those who haven't gotten their key via e-mail though. Worst case, most of the Ubi staff should be back in the office tomorrow (pity the tech support guys when they open their e-mail.) Thanks for posting this.

One of the Pigs, known here as CdtWeasel, had this problem and UBI support told him they would canel his order and had him re-order. Opon doing so he found he had "loyalty points" and UBI knocked $1.50 off the price of the second purchase, and it worked fine.

Might be worth a try for those of you who still have issues in this area.

I had this problem on Friday. I was sent the activation code email but instead of a code it was -1. I did the sensible thing and located the tech support form on the UBI website and sent them a message. Had a rely within the hour saying they had cancelled the original order and so I reordered and ws sent a proper code.

It was a little annoying but it was sorted in the end.

Ok, I don't know what I did wrong or right, but I never needed the activation code. I received it fine, but when boontybox finished downloading I went to the boonty/downloaded games/ folder and just ran the pe2.exe file and it installed fine (i was never asked for the key).
