Racing car pedals work. They're not really flash, but there's two of them, and you can use 'em with your feet.

CH Pedals (http://www.provantage.com/ch%7E110CHPU.htm) this is the cheapest thing going. Next up is the Saiteks... I know they aren't cheap.. but if you want rudder pedals that's your best bet.

There are various plans out there for making your own pedals. I made my own and they worked to some extent but my woodworking skills aren't great and they were a bit sticky. If your woodworking and soldering skills are up to it it might be a good way forward, partly because you can tailor them. In theory you can also build something out of Lego if you can find a bargain bucket of bits on ebay.

I own these and they are terrific. If Saitek would have had theirs out when I bought these I would have most likely bought them though. Simply because I own the X-52 and they are wider and adjustable.
