I have found with the G4 ti4600 the later drivers from after 45.33 are hazy looking and its harder to see ground targets 45.23/45.33 seem sharper and easier to see ground objects like tanks and vehicles. With settings as from installation and setup as follows in the setup/video tab in the Ubisoft FB folder

Custom

Turn off STC3 Texture Compression.

Turning off STC3 compression makes thing look worse on the ground with the 52.xx drivers Im back to 45.23's

Which detonators are the best(performance and quality) for FB and Lock On in GF 4600? I know that for FB 44.03 are very good but Lock On crashes sometimes with them. Maby some older drivers?

Have a look at Olegs recommended drivers, Im using 45.23 drivers only as a bomber pilot the ground targets show up better at @ 8000 meters a nice safe alt from the fighters below.
Theres also another thread in here regarding the driver issue from Scragbat have a look in there too.
