View Full Version : Ubisoft Connect but no cloud saves - help!

I have around 117hrs in my campaign so far, and was looking forward to continuing with my new PS5.
I'm signed in to Ubisoft Connect on both versions, but on my PS5 there is only the option to start a new game.
I think it's because none of my saves on my PS4 seem to be cloud saves (there's no cloud icon next to any of them).
I can't find any way to 'force' a cloud save though...anyone else encountered this issue?

Basically, does anyone have any idea why Ubisoft Connect might not be uploading any of my saves to the cloud?
Ubisoft themselves don't seem willing to help, but right now I feel like those 117hrs are either wasted, or I won't be enjoying Valhalla on PS5...
Not a great choice :-(
