I'm signed in and linked into everything... It says claimed but I can't get it in game...

Hey there, welcome to the forums!

The items on Tiers 3, 5, 8, 11, 15, 19, 25, 29, 33, 39, 45 and 49 are all Prime Gaming Exclusive rewards. You will need to redeem the Prime Gaming Loot reward by going to this website. (https://gaming.amazon.com/loot/Hyperscape)

Redeem your Prime Gaming reward there, and you will be able to redeem those rewards when you reach that Battle Pass rank. Make sure to restart your game at least once after claiming the rewards to make sure that the game recognizes the status.

I purchased the regular premium battle pass but didnít know the hyperpass option had exclusive content. It is not advertised as such and I wanted to know if it was still possible to purchase it after the fact.

Unfortunately it is not possible to upgrade the Battle Pass from Premium to Hyper to get the exclusive cosmetics afterwards.

Hello there!

I've been having trouble claiming the twitch prime rewards from the battle pass and was wondering if you could help. You see, I connected my console and my twitch prime to my uplay account. However, I still haven's gotten any of the rewards yet! I'm missing the first three battle pass rewards that require twitch prime. Can you help me out?

Just to double-check - have you had a chance to redeem Prime Gaming Loot reward by going to the following website (https://gaming.amazon.com/loot/Hyperscape)?

I'm having the same issue. Was your issue ever resolved, YesRyan? To recap:

I recently jumped into Hyper Scape on PS4 and have been having fun. A lot of items were waiting for me when I first logged in; I think they were from the open beta battle pass. I progressed in that by watching on Twitch because I couldn't get the beta to run on my computer.
I've reached Tier 8 on the Season 1 Battle Pass and I went to the battle pass and locker section of the hub to check what I had gotten so far. A few of the items were locked behind being a Twitch Prime / Amazon Prime member. I am an Amazon Prime member and I recalled having already redeemed the "Hyper Scape: Item Bundle" from Twitch before I had even begun playing. I just checked to confirm. The bundle is marked as "claimed" on my Twitch account.
I have redeemed many items in the past, including in many Ubisoft games, without issue. I know my Ubisoft and Twitch Prime accounts are linked. Even within Hyper Scape itself, I was able to get the rewards from my progress in the open beta battle pass without issue. For what it's worth, I also just received the baton from the September 10th Ubisoft Forward event without issue. I opened a ticket 12676013 (https://support.ubisoft.com/en-US/Cases/12676013).

A few days ago I got the email from Ubisoft saying I have been gifted premium status (battle pass) for being early in the open beta but when I got on HyperScape(PS4) I didn't have it and tried to find a claim button in the home lobby and on the email but still can't how can I claim the gift?
