I have try to preorder Assassin Creed Valhalla, and the paymnet was showing as failing, and then i decided again and also same result. Now out of curiosity i went on my bank acount and show that the paiment was made twice but i did not get nothing. I have try to preorder the Ultimate addition. Now due to this missfortune please cancel the pending that is twice of 91.99 and refund the money. If you need like any other information please contact me and will provide it.

I got an asnwer from Ubi-Slam @ Ubisoft Support:

"I understand that you have tried pre-ordering Assassin's Creed Valhalla, but your payments are showing as failing, yet you were charged for your attempts.

Unfortunately, the system does not show any order placed from your account. In order to have a closer look, please provide us with the following details:

- The amount you have been charged
- Date of the transaction
- Transaction ID or Invoice ID.

Please also provide us with a screenshot of the order, in your order history on the Store page."

And i did provide all what he ask but seriosly, i whant to preorder the game but i whant my problem to be solve, like is any other GM/ Admin here that can help me Please!

Please help me!!!!

Hey! I'm sorry to read you're facing this issue.

The pending funds you see are very likely authorisation holds. Your bank reserves the amount in preparation for us to request it, however we won't do so if the payment failed. The bank will then return the funds back to your bank account after x amount of days (depends on the bank).

The information we request is to help us double check for any successful payments.

So i have delivered all all the information you need from me and still nothing has happen, like seriously, i have replay again to the case 12985605 and yet still an issue, I really want to preorder AC Valhalla but how can i do that if the payment is making an issue out of it. To be honest i am getting desperate here and will start posting on all social media for at leas some 1 from UBI to fix it, I WHANT THE GAME, please fix the problem, i can not preorder if this happens.
