I wanted to point out some issues with the new Ubisoft Connect app, which for the most part is great. I play on PS4 and use an iPhone.
1. The only thing that appears on my feed for my own progress was rewards redeemed from Watch Dogs Legion. Nothing for every 10 Core Challenges completed, or percentage of challenges in a game completed, as with people on my Friends list.

2. On the Games tab Watch Dogs Legion appears first, but then the games are not listed in the order I last played them, as they used to, and I have to scroll through 100 games to get to the ones I'm currently playing. I think both this and 1) are related. It seems like the app doesn't recognize these games (R6 Siege, Steep, Breakpoint, Division 2) on PS4. The games appear in the right order on the Ubisoft Connect website.

3. The website lists Battle Pass time limited challenges for R6 Siege, and the app says 11 challenges in progress, but only displays 8 - the 6 regular and 2 Sugar Fright.Pretty sure these are left over from a couple of weeks ago, when the PS4 community failed to complete any of the three Battle Pass challenges.

4.I am making no progress on any time-limited challenges on R6 Siege.

5. The delay between the time Core and Time-Limited challenges are earned and when they show up on the app is sometimes more than an hour.

6. In the Division 2 Core Challenges, the challenges Disavowed beyond Recognition and Rogue Eliminator are each repeated. I'm guessing there were only intended to be 40 challenges, not 42. You cannot make progress on the duplicates.

7. The A Little Help? challenges in Division 2 will not unlock no matter what I do - call for backup from the Social menu, or while I'm downed, whether in the open world or ina mission.

I have tried re-starting and re-downloading the app, this has not helped with these issues.I have also tried opening the Ubisoft Club from within the games, but this has not helped either.

One more - It shows Watch Dogs Legion on XBSX, though I own it on PS4.

First up, are all these issues encountered on iPhone?

3.) Is this the issue listed in the Known Issues?

"Partially completed Time-Limited Challenges that have expired are still visible
Time-Limited challenges that you have progressed on will still appear within the “In Progress” section without an expiration timer.
Status: Under investigation"

4.) You mention in 5.) that there is a delay in processing, is this the same here or simply not appearing at all?

Yes, all on iPhone.
Yes sorry, I think 3) is the same issue as in the Known issues. I missed that.
No progress appearing at all on R6 time-limited challenges, and it's been 48 hours.The time-limited challenges on Steep unlocked after an hour or two on Tuesday. Core Challenges seem to take 30 to 90 minutes to appear.

Thanks for clarifying, Agent_Khaos! Have you tried accessing Ubisoft Connect on a different device to see if the issues you brought up carry over?

Yes I’ve tried on a newer iPhone. Issues are the same.

These Core challenges on Division 2 are still bugged:

Grenade!
Kill 25 enemies with the Demolitionist signature weapon
Death Comes…
Kill 100 enemies with the Demolitionist signature weapon
…In Small Packages
Kill 250 enemies with the Demolitionist signature weapon
Rock It!
Kill 25 enemies with the Technician signature weapon
Nearly Magical Missiles
Kill 100 enemies with the Technician signature weapon
The Grand Guided Tour
Kill 250 enemies with the Technician signature weapon
A Little Help?
Put out a call for backup

Hi. After the weekend I can clarify a few things that hopefully helps.

1) On the app, the games are listed as follows:
1. New games (Legion and Valhalla), in the order of last played
2. PC games
3. IOS game (Unity companion
4. Wii U
5. PS4 and PS3 games, in the order of last played
It would be awesome if instead of being grouped by platform, the games were just listed in reverse order of last played, as it was on the old Club app

2) I do not have the Ubisoft jacket in Legion or the Moonlight axe in Valhalla, even though I got an e-mail this summer confirming I would get them from watching Ubisoft Forward
3) I am earning Units from levelling up, but I don't think I have any Units from the time Ubi COnnect launched to this weekend (roughly 15 levels)
4) The following 9 Core challenges on Division 2 are still bugged:
A Little Help? - nothing seems to make this work
The 6 challenges for kills with Demolitionist and Technician signature weapons - counter will not progress at all
Dead or Alive and There's No Escape - I managed to get the counter to 2, but I don't know how. Perhaps some bounties count, and others don't? I have no idea which 2 counted.

Really really hoping that 2) and 4) can be fixed ASAP. Thanks!

Agent_Khaos: Thanks very much for keeping us updated on this issue and for providing these extra details. Going over each point you brought up:
1) I'll be happy to forward your feedback regarding the way games are listed out in Ubisoft Connect to our dedicated teams!
2) I do see that the Jacket for watching the Ubisoft Forward streams has been added in Watch Dogs: Legion on your account. Please wait until the official launch of Assassin's Creed Valhalla for the Moonlight Axe to become available to you in-game.
3) Our teams are still retroactively adding Units to accounts that leveled up during the transition to Ubisoft Connect. We've made a post about this here (https://forums.ubisoft.com/showthread.php/2288490-Important-Update-On-Key-Issues-November-3rd).
4) Similarly, this issue was reported as resolved as of October 30th, as seen in the forum post I linked to you above. I'm on PS4, so 4) wouldn't apply to me. Would it help to delete the game and re-install? My understanding is I'd keep all progress as that is saved online.
Also, I'm sorry, I can't find the forum post you're referring to?

Thank you. I have tried all the steps for PS4. I actually had to buy the game again, as when I tried to re-install from the disc, it didn't work. Also, I am referring to Core challenges, not the Time-Limited ones referred to in the post.

Hi AC_Khaos,

We've managed to reproduce some Core Challenges not tracking correctly in The Division 2, unfortunately we have no updates further than that at this time.
