For those who are still interested.....

I'm glad to let the community know that a 48mb version of my Pearl Harbor movie, "INFAMY", is available for download at Wiley's site. It is in 640x480 video format and at 911 kbps bit rate. Link to Wiley's home page:

Again, many thanks to Mike and Wiley for hosting this larger file and to those who commented on my film "INFAMY".

My next project? Well, I'll post more on that later. /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif I have a copy of Adobe After Effects 6.0 and as soon as I go thru the tutorial, I'll begin production. "INFAMY" was made with FRAPS 1.9 and Windows MovieMaker2.

As previously stated very nice treatment of the subject matter. I actually like it a bit better than the first Pearl Harbor movie done in Sepia. My only sugeestion is to turn off the in game chat and such as it takes away from the movie IMHO. Looking forward to your future efforts.

Hello,

WOW/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-surprised.gif !! I think this is one of the best movies for FB!!! It is simply great. You must have spent very long time to create this movie (I think you had to restart this mission very often because you see three different cockpits in that movie.). Keep on that great work!

Excellent work- that was brilliant watching. It must have taken you hours, if not days or weeks of work to make that video. It was probably better than the Hollywood film- fantastic- thanks! /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif

That, in this world, is happiness.

i am in agreeance with all other replies. very nice, it is clear you put a lot of work into it, and that is what something like this needed.

my only complaints are of course the inflight messages(they kill imersion), moving the camera by hand(also kills the sense of a movie), could use some Anti-ailiasing, and it wasnt "busy" enough.
you started off with a ton of planes comming in, and built up what we expected perl harbor to look like.
but when it came time for the action, it was all quiet. Usually just 1 or 2 plane at a time doing something. I expected explosions everywhere/tracers/planes all over, anarchy. But those are trivial issues, the movie was great, music was perfect, and you put some good work into it, which is really wellcome!

Excellent film. Very well done!

You know you'll need to book a flight to Hollywood to accept the Academy Award don't you?

I look forward to your next film. Keep up the good work!

S!

Thank You for it! Nicely done. I guess with a little imagination we could say the Germans and Japs where in cahoots ealier than what history tells us /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif

It actually got hair to stand up on back of neck when that P-40 came in for the kill! And my eys welled up a bit.

It just amazes the crap out of me what this game and its followers are able to do woth it!
