My father-in-laws A-26 at Okinawa in 1945.

He flew 50 combat missions in Europe, including the first two attacks on Ploesti in B-24's, before transferring to the Pacific, where he inflicted serious punishment on the Japanese.
His name was Curtis E. Taylor, and I am proud to be married to his daughter, Judith, who is prettier than her mother, who is pictured below.
