View Full Version : How to link different platforms to Ubisoft account?

how do i link psn to ubisoft when i go to linked acc only facebook shows up and i cant do it ingame because im logged in to other ubi acc ingame.

To link your Ubisoft Account to a console platform:
1. Launch any Uplay-enabled game on the console that you want to link to your Ubisoft account.
2. Create or log in to your Ubisoft account when prompted.

BUT! it is not offered anywhere... Why there is no button in settings just to link accounts...

We are aware that players are currently unable to link their console accounts on the Accounts Management page. This issue has been reported to the appropriate teams, and they are working on a resolution.

In the meantime, you will still be able to link your console account with your Ubisoft account, via Club services in the Ubisoft title, as you have kindly mentioned.

We apologise for any inconvenience, and appreciate your patience at this time.

I swear I am not stupid :D but still idk how to do that. I am trying to do it 3 days... ;( HELP

Could you let me know about the trouble you're having linking accounts? Are you prompted to login to your Ubisoft account when you launch a Ubisoft title? Do you encounter any error messages when you try to login?

No its just started with my psn nickcname with 0 level of batlepass.

Are you able to access the Ubisoft Club in-game at all? You should have the option to open the Ubisoft Club within main menu or the pause menu.

I been trying to have the corsair skin and the crowncast skin, it says I have it but when I start the game on my ps4 nothing is there, it looks like I have a pc acc and a ps4 acc in the same Ubisoft acc but no form to connect them

this happen to me too, I been trying but I don't know, i have things on PC and I try to see if I have it on PS4 and nothing pops up it looks like i have 2 accs in the same ubisoft

I have button in settings to acces ubisoft account. And i can get ther to my account through browser but it didnt links account it just givinig me option to login account in browser. I also can get to club with 0 progress. all this things not user friendly at all...

From what I understand, your PS4 account has not successfully linked to your Ubisoft account. Is this correct?

I've checked your Ubisoft account and there doesn't appear to be a PS4 account linked. Could you let me know your PSN account ID? Do you have any other Ubisoft accounts that it may be linked to instead?

Would you be able to send us a link to a video that shows the issue you're encountering? This may help us to have a better understanding of the problem at hand. If possible, could you please show us you trying to connect to the Ubisoft Club on console, and your account showing with 0 progress?

No, I will not record any video. I just said enough to understand situation, I have psn nickname and in game it opening Ubisoft club with that psn nickname. I didnt have any option in game to login to my ubisoft account. So probably I have to somehow unlink psn from ubisoft then link to this one. All this things doesnt look like entertainment. All I wanted is psn skin. Now my psn subscribtion has expired and I will not be able to get it. Anyway its not my problem that game is not user friendly and you FAQ dont explain whole situation.

p.s. Ubisoft suport working good, but u guys on forum working realy bad. Saying that you cant answer all the questions in forum is lie. Any person who have been paid for it can answer on all questions on this forum just in one working day. sorry for been rude, but I feeling bad that big company like Ubisoft can't handle forum.

My ps4 is linked to my wife's ubisoft account. I play hyperscape on steam and ps4 and would like to use the same account. How can I unlink my wife's, then link the ubisoft account I use on steam?

We can help you out by removing the linked PS4 profile, however please bear in mind that we will only be able to do it one time. Once you link another profile it will be linked permanently.

In order for us to look into this for you, we will need to complete some account verification steps, therefore we will need you to reach out to us via one of the following channels:
