Print Screen.

The screenshots will be saved in your game's main folder as numbered .tga files. You may need to find a program that is able to read .tga format. I use PhotoShop.

But how you get over the jpg noise?

We just get over it, no big deal. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_cool.gif

In other words, picture quality is a matter of file size.

Infanview works good for me.
Got it as a free down load some where.
I think some one here had a link for it.
Maybe type it in search, and it will bring you there.

If you save them in the tif (or tiff) format they will be saved uncompressed. You can convert them to jpegs at a later stage if you want to show them on the web (tiffs are too large in size for web viewing). Beware that tiffs take up a lot of space on your hard drive.

Irfanview is free to download here:

The images are saved in the main game folder (browse to programs>ubi soft>Forgotten Battles/Pacific Fighters). They are overwritten the next time you start the game and take new screenshots.

To find your screenshots:
Start Irfanview, click on the 'thumbnails' option and browse to the main game folder where you will find your screenshots (you can take a lot at one time).
Click on the thumbnails to view them. If you do a 'save as' (from the 'file' dropdown menu) and save the picture as a jpeg at compression 80% or 90% you shoudn't see any real loss in quality.

I use FRAPS, save them as .bmp's in a specific folder and edit/convert them to whatever I want with Paint Shop Pro (PSP).

And it's free too.

Or, take pictures of the screen with a camera!

Yes, I`m bored...

I use ACDSee.

One thing to remember. Everytime you restart the game, the naming sequence of those screenshot .TGA files resets. If you didn't rename or move those .TGAs from your main folder from the last time you took screenshots, it will overwrite the ones in there.

Also, the game's Print Screen function only works once every ten seconds (online definitely, not sure about offline).
