Stuttering until restart

The game stutters constantly despite a stable connection of 80mb wifi with "excellent" connection strength.
I assume it's because of the login as the game stutters immediately when the first loading screen is shown.

My apologies for not seeing your post earlier. If you still have issues with it, please can you try restricting data usage through the Stadia app.
