I've been playing more and more for immersion offline and to really get into things I find myself turning off icons for those distracting labels and speedbar so I can get more used to using the gauges.

As I'm not the best for doing speed conversions on the fly I thought I'd whip up a conversion chart that I could stick to my monitor.

I made it up in CorelDraw and calibrated it to regular MPH increments since I tend to think in metric KPH although it still works well enough both ways. I also included knots as well.

I suggest printing it out on a thicker high-gloss paper to give good definition to the smaller numbers. It should measure about 1.75"x10.5" so you may need to scale it down to fit on your monitor properly.
