View Full Version : Problems connecting with the game server – COVID-19 problem?

Hello. I just purchased a 3-month pass for my daughter, and we are experience “problems connecting with the game server” in 9 out of 10 times we try. That is the message we receive. The tablet app is stuck in “loading, please wait…” screen, and the justdancenow.com website is experience major lags, crashes etc.

I have tried everything there is to try (restarting router, refreshing, re-installing, clearing cash for the app) with no luck. So, I don’t believe the problem is from our side.

I am starting to believe that there is a capacity problem with your cloud servers due to the increased number of users that using the app at the same time. Do you acknowledge that there such problems exist and if so, are you going to do anything about it? Because we have payed 13 euros for a product to use for fun and we are using it trying to make it work.
