View Full Version : Just Dance Now - VIP Membership not recognized by app

I have a VIP Membership with Just Dance Now, today it treated me like a "free version user". It made me only dance with the daily coins and then told me I needed to subscribe to enjoy the full game.

If I go to the memberships (the cart top right of the screen) the app freezes.

Please solve it now. I have paid and can't play.

This happened to me as well. I bought it for my daughter, appears in AppStore / Subscriptions, but the app says we still need to purchase VIP subscription.

Please advise or fix it, it's a very unpleasant issue.

Same goes here. I have the same issue. I purchased the VIP 3 months Pass from google play store for Android and it's not working. ㅠㅠ

I contacted support and opened a case, but I havenít heard anything. I am signed in with the same Apple ID and with Game Center. I can see my purchase on one device, but when I go to the app on other devices (all signed in with my accounts for Apple) it wonít sync to show I have the purchase. I have two Apple TVís and I donít always want to play in the den!

Yesterday I got a reply from ubisoft support regarding this issue. After they reviewed my case the subscription has been finally granted. :)

I purchased three months but itís not even 2 months and the vip account is not recognized in app.

mine didn't work as well. although buying the three month pass, it told me i needed to wait or upgrade because i was out of coins....please fix this.

My membership was monthly and worked perfect 2 months. But this month about untill 2 days my VIP membership shows in Apple account on my apple TV but in game my account seems free account and restore purchase etc. does not work. I opened a case yesterday but there is not an answer. :mad::mad:

I tried uninstalling and installing the game again on my Apple TV ... itís not working with my purchased VIP annual pass, restore function is not working too. How can I create a ticket? I purchased my vip pass they Apple TV in-app purchase. Pls help!

I've been trying: restart Just dance, restart Apple TV, uninstall and install Just dance on my Apple TV, on Just dance I try also "restore your purchase" - nothing works. I submitted message via ubisoft support - I'm waiting for the response...

Deleted and reinstalled app and everything! Iím assuming itís because of recent update? I sent in support ticket as well.

Mine stopped working yesterday. I pay monthly and it should be going until the 27th May and then auto renew through Apple. Have submitted a ticket to support. Iím annoyed because I like to do more than 5 dances daily.

I'm having the same issue for a few days now. Logged a ticket but no response yet. Surprised Ubisoft haven't at least commented on the issue in this forum as it seems to be a common issue.

Im having the same issue :( one day decided to play and I could only play maximum 5 songs.

I also have the same problem and send in a ticket. I got a response that they are aware of the problem and currently looking in to it.

The said to try to troubleshooting but it is not working for me so now I waiting for them to replay.
