Well I wasn't going to release this, as I did it for the Museum to see if they would be interested in seeing their plane in flight, but guys I thought....go on then!

Now this was done to illustrate their plane, it's not an epic, it's not a "Not my time to die!" or a "Secret Weapon over Stalingrad", it's just a mission of four Hurricane's on a Rhubarb mission, set to music.

Not looking for critique, just thought I'd share it with the community!

It's 92mb, and uses the xvid codec.

You can download here:

Cheers, MP.

Ah!, my beloved Hurricane, loved that, thanks http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/25.gif
I'm getting a bit of flickering, DivX codec?

Hmmm, no flickering here, or reported on other forums. Do you have the latest XVID codec:

Thanks for the response, cheers, MP.

92 meg is too rich for my blood http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif. Any chance you could put it on YouTube sometime?

Thanks, there was a lot flickering with mediaplayer (with unknown codecs, too lazy to check out or change) but the VLC played it OK.

Excellent. I only got about 3 small stutters on an old machine.

I saw the plane in question last year at it's new home in the Thinktank. I was disappointed to find that there was very little information on the planes there, and the museum seemed geared toward a visitors with a five year-old's 5 minute attention span.

Hopefully this will start a little aviation or history interest in some of the younger visitors.

Downloading now. I can't wait to see it.

Edit...Now I've watched it twice and it is another fine piece of work http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/25.gif

That was excellent. I watched it yesterday.

I do hesitate to nitpick, but when I looked into it ever so briefly yesterday I was a little unsure about something. If this depicts events from 1940 is a IIc available?

Nice work... http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
I really enjoy the different ways people find to use "IL2" for story telling...you have some nice shots in their.

p.s. I use "VLC" and I had no "flickers"...
