Annotating Ntrk files

Hey guys, need some advice,

I am getting ready to record some Ntrk files to help out newbies and I would like to know how to add written dialogue to them. If you look at those training Ntrk files that come with the game (made by Oleg's team), like how to land on a carrier, etc.., you see in the upper left hand corner English dialogue every few seconds describing what is taking place. How do you add that written text into your Ntrk files ?
