View Full Version : I can't acess my account anymore due to upgrading my phone.

I can't acess my account anymore and i can't seem to find the recovery codes in my e-mail aswell, is there anyway i can disable the 2 step verification without logging in ?
I have the e-mail, Username, Password of the account . (Sorry for my english).
I tried to get the codes back from google auth. but no luck.

Same here. I got an security warning email..... I have no clue what to do....

Mic180: To get this issue resolved, you will need to create a support ticket for us to verify your account with you and disable the 2 Step Verification for you to enable with your new chosen method! Can you please create a ticket here (https://support.ubi.com/Cases/New)?
