View Full Version : UPLAY has charged me but not delivered my games

Ordered Anno 1800 and Rainbox 6 Siege about 24 hours ago and they still have not shown up in my games library.

I've gone through the FAQ about clearing cache and submitted a ticket but have received no reply. Live chat hasn't been available for the last 24 hours either.

Does UPLAY have any customer service or is there recourse to get a refund?

It would help if you could attach the proof of purchase (support.ubi.com/en-us/faqs/000034693) to the original case (10362096) to expedite the investigation. A store specialist from your regional support team will get back to you as soon as possible.

I bought the Breakpoint game but have 'pending delivery'. Yes, I have 2 tickets open as the first agent stopped answering my questions...as I paid over 200 bucks for this game, I'd like some answers. I've attached a proof of purchase but still nothing.
