View Full Version : My email doesn't exist anymore.... yay 2 step verification huh :/

So I created my account a LONG time ago with an email that dosent exist anymore and it's been like that for a while, I didn't bother as I never needed to verify my email for anything but since you need it to play RB6 ranked, now it's bothering me since this is there.

I've tried contacting support, sent them a BUNCH of proof in a ticket for them to change my account email but I never got, either, a response or a change. I've tried twice and nothing both time.

So question is, what should I do now? Will contacting them directly via cellphone will work or maybe going straight at the office? xD I don't quite know but if you see this Ubisoft please help :/

If someone has ideas to something that might work, please write under here, I'll try them out. Thanks!
