View Full Version : Can't access anything through uPlay

Hi. Just got AC3 R on Switch. I linked my Ubisoft account through the Switch, but t doesn't appear in my Ubisoft games and I can't access any of the uplay rewards.

Am I doing something wrong? When I try to access the Ubisoft Club from the game it says "You already have an existing Ubisoft Account linked... etc etc"

I got the free rewards first such as Master Assassin pack, but nothing happens to my Switch game.

We're sorry that's been occurring for you.

Are you able to access your Ubisoft Club through the website here (https://club.ubisoft.com/en-US/)? You should be able to access and claim the rewards there if it's not working on the console.

Hi. Yes, I claimed it through that site.

I claimed the free stuff first; Assassin Pack, Initiate Pack, and Master Assassin Pack just to test it out.

But they do not appear in my game.

When I check my Ubisoft club account, it says my account is linked to the Switch, but it doesn't show that I own AC3 Remastered in the 6 games I own

Hope there's a fix, thanks!

I have checked your account and can see that you are not missing the game on your account or in your club.

Can you create a ticket on our website (https://support.ubi.com) showing that your rewards have been redeemed but are not in the game?
