Hello, thanks for black friday event, i manged to buy The Division 2. It was 22750? somthing WON(currency) in Korea and probably 23 bucks for US.
The payment was done and my back accout had money out, but the site gave me a error.
After that, probably 4~5hrs gone now, ive contacted the bank, Xsolla and of course ubisoft support. The bank(IBK Korea) said payment has been done, Xsolla said its done.
But it still not appearing on my launcher and any receipt or in my order and library.

Can i get help for that?
