My desktop PC running Windows 10 v1903 (fully up to date) keeps crashing to a black screen after exiting FC New Dawn - see summary report below. This PC was updated to v1903 a few days ago and worked fine until then. I've run chkdsk on the drives and sfc /scannow which show no problems. The driver responsible is cldflt.sys.

Has anyone had this problem and know how to fix it?

try disabling that driver.. unless you need their cloud service. typical Micro-slop upgrades.

That seems to work. I just created shortcuts to these commands to turn the driver off /on. Let's hope MS fix their software.

sc stop cldflt
sc start cldflt
