Five weeks on and still the buffoons at UPLAY can not solve the problems.

This launch has been a complete disaster.

I am amazed that the top tier of this company has allowed people to keep there jobs,
it seems to me that they are incapable or unqualified to hold there positions.

UPLAY Plus should be taken down until it is fixed to stop us from trying to subscribe and everything failing.

to coin a phrase " IT IS A TOTAL CLUSTER **** "

Even the moderators stopped appearing in the forums, that's borderline ridiculous. At least they could process a bit our requests.

Errors so far seen from me..
They accept payment on my current card. My bank shows payment went through.
They change my payment to an old card I do not use anymore.
They say my subscription is expired.
My subscription says it expires next month on the Uplay account.
They say add new payment, yet will not let me select my active good card.
They will not let me remove my old card.
They show three cards in billing.... then none.... then one.... then none, then three again.
Cards fail to authenicate.... then work, then fail.

What a nightmare. and i still can not access what I have already been billed for.

This is just on my main account witch I have been subscribed since the first day of September that it was available and still have not gotten to access it once. My new account that I made just to have access to Uplay+ to play GRB was active since mid September and up until today, now I cannot use it either.

I also show several charges for both accounts.

Also internet service provider only allows 1TB per month of data, used a big chunk of that downloading Uplay+ games(2 ACs, 2 GRs, Div2,and FC) now I cannot even play them.

I have problems too. I always had a valid credit card on my account but all of a sudden my credit card info disappeared. When I wanted to add my card again (valid until 03/2021), the uplay store said it wasn't valid anymore. When I see my payment options, I see that my card is valid until 06/2018 (probably my precious card). I've introduced my correct card several times, but it still doesn't work. Always the date problem. As a result my uplay+ subscription has been suspended. I could play until yesterday

So many issues with subscription and payment billing...if you contact the support guys....they says we are investigating the issue...we will try to solve it soon as possible.....they should do better Q/A for the product before coming to market
