Ah, ok. 4.63GB isn't much when you've 1000/1000 Mbit/s, yep couldn't resist to brag a little bit.. ;)

Isn't that much on a 400MB connection either, but to the actual statement. Seems like a huge patch for just a handful of minor fixes. I'm guessing a bunch of textures had to be redone or there a lot more graphical fixes not mentioned, or maybe a pre-loading of future content

In my area with Time warner\Spectrum cable. 200 Meg is the base service :P main difference is you only get 10mb up with that

Sound files can be huge and if they replaced a bunch, it would not be difficult to accumulate the gigs.

Whoa thatís a huge DL patch if this is the case just to fix issues!

an update that is useless only to reactivate a glitch ......the glitch of the gunner

I still donít believe that 4.63 patch is only to address those issues stated. There has to be more to it and wish they would let us know.

I just wish they would fix the last NPC getting stuck inside a container at the start of Viewpoint on heroic. Cant progress any further with the mission. Its a pain. On ps4.

Well, I've only gotten about 45 mins of play in, but it seems there is some DX12 fixes are in. Normally I can play at Ultra on DX12, but I get micro-stutters every so often, especially explosions (even though I might be flying along at 100fps). Now, no stutters, even on explosions.

**Correction** CTD was on my side, I forgot I had played with some OC settings and didn't revert back. Did get a few micro stutters, but not nearly as bad yesterday and so far, no crashes to desktop.

They will never find a fix for DX12 for D2! I have been using DX11 and not one crash plus my cpu usage is much less with DX11.

They did those few things and its 4.63GB.WOw. What are they doing replacing entire gigantic files for one little fix.

It is probably every sound file. 4.6GB is roughly 10% the entire game size. It would not be uncommon for sound files to take that much space. They probably had to re-encode every sound file to work around bugs that present on certain platforms.

Having played for a bit, I can say that my particular sound bug has not been fixed on PC. Be it not too often, I get a loss of sound when I fire my weapon accompanied by severe lag that will usually end up with me going down if I'm in a mission.
