View Full Version : Anyone see the biplane in the Ottawa area?

Does anyone know where that biplane came from? I've seen to about twice already flying in our nations capital. Right on top of school too, painted black, and flying quite low. Lower than a balloon.

I did not see it as I am in Vancouver, and my eyes aren't that good.

Bur if it was yellow I am (nearly) willing to bet my testicles that it was the Waco that flies out of the Museum in Rockliffe.

They take you up for I think 500 clams. (The last time I was there they did anyway.)

Shot in the dark....

by memory ,was the top wing set further back than the bottom, and was it powered by a radial? If so, it was a Beech Staggerwing
