so far just loaded up game have a display bug only see shift to boost and nothing else. ima try to uninstall and reinstall. didnt see where to post bugs to or anything so ill do it here.

Can you move your character in game?
I write this because i cannot even move in any direction.

i can hear him moving and the only thing i see is hold shift to thrust or somethen. but yeah everything else is black.

Maybe it will be a stupid question but have you updated your video driver? For Nvidia cards the latest is 431.60. I don't know about AMD Radeon or Intel HD Graphics. Many issues with the image in games can be solved by driver's update.

Hi, I have the same exact problem ( No sound and everything is black ) and I'm running on the latest NVIDIA drivers.

If you did not resolve this issue, and if it has persisted for you into the main game (if you purchased it!), I would recommend completing our basic PC troubleshooting steps (https://support.ubi.com/en-GB/faqs/000025947/Basic-PC-Troubleshooting/) in the first instance, as these will help to eliminate any basic / common issues that may be impacting your ability to run Space Junkies.

Should issues persist following your completion of these steps, I'd recommend following up with our support team as my colleague Ubi-Kay suggested, by submitting your MSinfo and DxDiag (https://support.ubi.com/en-GB/faqs/000026442/Submit-Dxdiag-and-Msinfo/) files for further investigation.
