View Full Version : Missing items... and loot crates.

I've just logged in after a weekend of being offline while my connection was sorted. I've had loads of items disappear from my inventory. A set of ninja gloves, the Fat Shady clothes from the Uni of Trials contracts and more. I also had 70 loot crates stored but they disappeared once went in to the section to open them...

What's going on here as that's a lot of progress that's just vanished.

Another afternoon of playing, another day of not getting items from contracts and constantly having to re-equip my boots as it keeps defaulting to the shoes.

Seriously, this is a buggy mess.

If you're able to grab some videos for the contacts and boots issues we'd really appreciate it!

I cant provide videos of them as they're gone, you can see from my account/achievements that I have done all the Uni of Trials contracts, done the first 3 ninja tracks and all of those items are missing.

Also, anything I claim while online, as soon as I'm offline I can't access the contract awards from those completed contracts, it seems that as soon as you're offline they are hidden from your inventory. I also have two ghost items that show up in helmets/jackets that aren't there but still have a (1) above each heading.

I really don't get this as there's no point in playing if everything I earn is taken away as soon as I'm offline.

I've submitted a ticket with Ubi Support (09354658) so they can look in to my account as I'm seriously thinking of returning this due to the aforementioned problems.

Logged in earlier and I'm still missing all the items from the contracts etc that I mentioned above so it seems that Ubi support hasn't looked in to the account after two weeks,

I was denied a refund from Steam due to having over 2.5hrs of play time (which is ridiculous as the bug only appears after you reach the higher levels).

On the switch, but I have the same thing going on with it showing I have something new even though there's nothing new in that category. Mine is on the bottoms (showing 1 new) and on the logos and display stickers.

^^ It's ridiculous isn't it, I don't know why they pushed the game out in such a buggy state. I bought it several months after launch due to reports of it being buggy, yet it's still pretty much broken now.


As for my stats and the issues above, it's still broken and not had anyone at Ubi support look at the account yet... in nearly a month.

Out of 349 contracts completed I'm missing the majority of the items I've won, so there's no incentive to continue.

The statistics are also saying I have zero ninja track medals yet I've done the first 3 as seen in the screenshot above, don't want to play through the others as there's a major chance I won't get the items for completing them.

I've given up on this game completely now, thankfully Fusion still works perfectly.

Really disappointed.

I know that when I take the switch on the go, and don't have internet, I'm missing all the sponsored items from my inventory. Luckily my rider is equipped with non sponsored items that I've customized, so I don't have to worry about anything related to that. I've also noticed that the scores don't get saved to the leaderboard when offline. Kinda sucks that I'm unable to work on a new record when traveling and such. At least the track editor and customizing still works, as long as you've already purchased the stickers and/or parts you want to mess with. I can't play fusion, so hopefully they get all these things worked out soonish.

^^ I have that exact problem too, plus every time I log in I have to re-fit my riders squirrel helmet and Ubiboots back on as it always defaults to the crappy lid and shoes instead.

I've already given up on this game, lost all my stuff from the ninja contracts, all my stuff from the Fat Shady contracts and plenty more. The rear tyre being made of wood is not conducive to rear wheel bounces either, it's not super-bad but it's bad enough to put me off playing with all the other issues on top.

Steam wont refund me either for problems that don't appear until you've played more than the 2.5hrs they allow so I'm stuck with a buggy game that just doesn't compel me to play like the previous ones have. T2SE, awesome. Evo and Evo-Gold, awesome - but a little less awesome now that TC has broken, Fusion, broken a bit at launch but pretty much perfect now. I see no reason to go forward unfortunately

Hey guys! If your customization items are resetting when you restart the game, this is a known issue the Trials team is aware of. They are currently working on a fix for it for the next update. We do not have an ETA when that will be.
