After I used the claim all function and opened almost all the packs, the game told me during an upgrade for Medusa to lvl 3 that an error occurred. I restarted the game and all the coins, copies of cards and the rest of the BP is gone. I no longer have the option to upgrade Medusa she is now only 3/4 again. My BP does not let me open the packs again. My Ingame Name is -wfad-N / Clan we****all2death

Perfect, I'll send your info to the team about this. I just wanted to double check your in-game name. I checked "-wfad-N" and nothing came up. Am I missing any special characters or anything?

Hello, I had the same thing happen. Was saving the battle pass card packs for the new theme. After the collect all button, went to do some upgrading and recieved an error message. There after all the cards/materials were gone. When you get a free minute would you mind looking into Immortalmonk27779. Thanks Toller really appreciate it

Fix didn't apply to me either...I've been waiting for 2 weeks but no packs have been reset

Hi toller it's me again. I had the exactly same issue but with Mr. Hankey. I already spoke to the ubisoft support but they couldn't help me. They just told me to download and install the game again but it didn't work. In-game name: realslimshady24
