"Wings of the Red Star: The Flying Tank" comes on at 9pm Central (do the math for your time zone). Incidentally, "Wings of the Luftwaffe: FW-190" is on right now (6-7pm CDT).

Yea they already aired both about a week or two ago... That's the problem with DW they always show the same programs... Even 2 or 3 times in one day.

I'm watching the Fw190 one now. It's pretty good. Gunther rall is talking abbout the difference between the 190 and 109. It also showed the very first 190 built, and it's first flight. It had the aero dynamic cowl, that didn't work. Now there onto the Dora.

I agree. For the extra cash you pay it seems they could offer more content than they do, instead of repeating the same shows week after week. Sometimes history channel has better stuff.

They did put up some new stuff (flightsims and Learning to fly) recently , but that has been few and far between. Some of the choices for Legends of Airpower also seem odd (Is it just me!). Oh well - beggars can't be choosers.

Agreed. I missed this one every time it came on previously, though, so I thoroughly enjoyed it this time around. If I were paying extra for Discovery Wings specifically, I might be more upset with all the repeats, but it's part of a big digital package here, so I've got plenty more to choose from in times of rerun. Or there's always FB...unless the wife wants some attention.

Thanks for the heads-up guys!
I never even knew I had that channel until I saw this post and went looking on the satellite.

That was a really great show on the il2.

Think I found my new favourite channel.

Sorry about that; I was kinda in a hurry. CDT is Central Daylight Time. That's US Central.
