St. Grands secrets: Second conduit hides

Hello guys,
I have a problem on the switch with opening the second vault door at st. Grands secrets. The second conduit is hiding below the ground, impossible to grab or move it. Is there an option to reset this? Unfortunately restarting the game doesnt change it.
