View Full Version : Problems with Just Dance UNLIMITED: bought and it doesn't work

Hello,

So I bought the one-month Just Dance UNLIMITED from the PS store (I own a PS4), and it is not showing up on my Just Dance 2019: it says I have to subscribe (?). Also, when I "try" to subscribe in-game, it says "This content cannot be selected at this time" which is terribly annoying. I already sent a customer support ticket one week ago (!) and have received no answer (ticket number: 08956574).

Could someone please help? Also, it would be cool that given I have not been able to use it, I get a refund for at least the week I have lost with the subscription.

Got the same problem, bought three months of JDU on NS and changed to a new console, then it kept making me to subscribe to JDU, when I clicked the button nothing happened, not having the access to any of the JDU songs.

@ jocelyn1324 Have you played the 4 songs in order to unlock JDU?

I can see that Customer Support have responded to your ticket, advising you to contact Sony.

If you require any further assistance please update your ticket.

Dang. I'm also having this issue. This is really unacceptable. I have contacted them through Twitter too and no response. Ugh. How frustrating. Is there even a fix to this or was it just a waste of money??

I have a Just dance 2020, and purchased the 3 month pass via PS store, but whenever i play just dance nothing happens and everytime i click at subscribe it transfers me to PS store and get this message "This content cannot be selected at this time", i have a singapore account

BUGS:

1. When trying to buy from the game itself, PS4 store is opened with a "This content cannot be selected at this time" message
2. When finally buying straight from PS4 store and reloading the game, I don't see the unlimited catalog at all

Already tried to refresh licenses but nothing happens.

This is a serious Bug falks... you are literally stealing customer's money.

Just an update: I managed to get a refund from PlayStation. Apparently, the rep from PlayStation said that the unlimited pass is only compatible with just dance 2016. Ubisoft, please do something about it.

Same here. I've spent hours logging into my ubisoft account and trying to connect it to my just dance via switch. No matter what I've done it continues to tell me my account doesn't exist even though it does [REMOVED]

i bought the unlimited for 1 year, sent emails both to playstation store and UBISOFT and still waiting.
probably will solve the covit-19 issue first and then this one.

ANYONE out there please !! UBISFOT you support is lacking responsiveness. act now and fix this or remove it from the game. it;s annoying for grown up and little ones.

When I contacted Ubisoft they mentioned that I need to contact PS support as I bought it at PlayStation Store.

Well, the Playstation support is currently not responding at all. Their chat does not connect anymore (Maybe due to the cover situation). Has anyone had luck with it?

Were you yet able to successfully subscribe to Just Dance Unlimited? Can you please confirm whether you have a digital copy of Just Dance 2019, or a physical copy?

Have you confirmed with Apple that your payment was taken successfully for the subscription? Could you please provide your case reference number here, so that I can take a closer look if necessary?

Do you have a physical copy of Just Dance 2019, or a digital copy? Is your PlayStation Network ID already linked to your Ubisoft Account?

I can see that a colleague of mine has responded to your case, and provided troubleshooting to you for you to try. Please test setting the console used to purchase the subscription as your primary console, and let us know if this allows you to access your subscription without issue.
