View Full Version : Ubisoft Account Not Logging In

I have seen multiple posts about this, including a Ubisoft rep saying that this has been fixed. It has not. I bought the game yesterday, and still cannot log in regardless of the method I try. I will be returning this game if it does not get patched, or at least a stopgap fix is released before my return period is up.

I welcome any response from Ubisoft about a fix, as well as anyone else still getting this issue.

Hello Tetris556! I am sorry to hear that you are having problems logging in on your Switch. I checked your Ubisoft account and do currently see a Switch account linked. Have you tried these steps (https://support.ubi.com/en-US/faqs/000036607/Connectivity-issues-in-Trials-Rising-on-Nintendo-Switch-TR)?
