It's hard to play with randoms due to different play styles and mentality. How about developing some match-making options for every missions. Some examples could be:

Style of play (Stealth / Assault / Melee / Fast / Slow and etc)
Specific classes you hope to match make
Time zone

Perhaps this could narrow down to a group of like-minded individuals and willing to play together accordingly to a plan?
