View Full Version : Discount Codes *INCREASING* Prices

So I wanted to pre-order Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Breakpoint Wolves Collector Edition with a 20% discount code that I got for redeeming 100 of the Uplay currency. Including VAT, the price for this is 149.99 meaning that with the discount, it should drop to roughly 120. Instead what's happening, is that before the discount is applied, the price suddenly surges up to 254.27, discounting 50.85 from the total bringing it to 203.42. It would obviously be cheaper to buy it at base price but got me curious as to why the price goes up by over 100 and is over 80 more expensive than what the discount should actually bring it to.

There could be something I'm missing with this, but as far as it goes at face value, something is clearly going awry with the so-called "discount".

Hey Meowfish77!

Apologies for the delay in getting to your post, I appreciate the report and can confirm the Ubisoft Store teams are investigating this at the moment.

I'd recommend placing your order at a later date when this is resolved. Thanks for your patience!
