View Full Version : Nothing works on this game???

ok so i broke down and bought this game yesterday after hearing from a ton of other people i needed to get it. But when i go to play its like the 3d model that is my character just will not move, my arms seem to snap to the location of my controllers randomly but even jumping through hoops to get to the tutorial and click the left stick you can hear it boost but I cant move at all. I've re-ran room setup, ive reinstalled the game, if made sure no other controllers were plugged in etc. And its only THIS game thats giving me issues. Does anyone know a fix for this?

did u ever figure this out im haveing the same exact issue? oh and i have a open ticket about it already support guy just seeing if this user figured it out its frustrating

Yeah i got answers but nothing worked. I submitted a refund request with oculus. I wanted to play this game but support could not swap me with a ps4 copy so I could at least get to play. and the sale ended and I would only pay the sale price not the full 39.99 so no space junkies for me

Ok oculus refund denied. So back to trying to get this game to work. Any ideas devs?

yeah ive filed a support ticket and the idiot after 1 message replied TO HIMSELF so i never got the reply, then they closed the case because i didnt respond..... this support is a joke, cant get a refund through oculus because they messed up their refund option(its non-existent). just give me a steam key for it and ill try it with steamVR!

Yeah I asked for one to try to see if it would work and was told it wouldnt matter if it was on steam or oculus

Hello AverageG4merYT. The ticket automatically closes after 4 days of inactivity. That may of what you were seeing when you thought the ticket replied to itself. Can you please update your ticket with your MSIFNO and dxdiag files (https://support.ubi.com/en-US/Faqs/Details/kA030000000emSbCAI?name=how-to-submit-dxdiag-and-msinfo-files)?
