Weaponwheel bugs

I can't use smoke granades, pipe bombs and i can't craft projectiles, explosives via the weaponwheel.

If you go into settings which controller layout are you using? If it is Shooter mode please try using a different layout to see if that helps.

Is there anything specific you are doing when this happens such as in a mission or driving a vehicle?

If you reset all controls to default does the issue persist?
