T-shirt removed from the Shop

Hi, I've made a T-shirt and i've been informed it was banned.
In my opinion the shirt was conform to the Ubisoft's terms of use.
I even received compliment from Redlynx employee for this shirt.
Is it possible to have some precision ?

Ok i enjoyed watching this a lot, so damn creative! It's such a shame banning creations like this. If there is no profit for the player involved other than coins which have nothing to do with actual money, i don't see why they shouldn't allow all these. I hope they stop moderating and banning content so hard, if people do custom content based on copyright material and have no profit of it, it's because they love it. It should've been a good thing in the copyright holders' eyes, free extra promotion for their cash cow.
