I filled up the wallet in STEAM to buy currency in the Rainbow. But he writes that the store is not available and a message about suspicious transactions arrives in the mail. The support was told to wait 48 hours, but nothing changed after 72 hours. Please help.
Apparently my money does not need the company Ubisoft......

You would need to create a support ticket (https://support.ubi.com/en-GB/Cases/New) so the Ubisoft Store team can take a look into this for you. They should be able to see what's gone wrong and offer the best guidance on going forward.
