Most people are posting in the Bug/Glitch thread (http://forums.ubi.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/4721051016/m/3881026806) with technical problems relating to their PC's specs and whatnot, but this is purely a game issue, and as such, I didn't think it belonged in any other thread. This issue isn't with the gameplay, exactly, but more.. Well.. Here, take a look:

Friend or Fiend? (http://i296.photobucket.com/albums/mm194/drego5/FriendorFiend.jpg)

Has anyone else noticed this? I first took notice on my friend's PS3 when I played for the first time and "accidentally" killed one of the other Assassins in that area, because I didn't know any better.

<span class="ev_code_red">What the hell are you doing that for?!?</span>
<span class="ev_code_blue">Well, he had that glow around him, meaning he's bad, right?</span>
<span class="ev_code_red">No, that just means you can lock onto him. He's actually on your side. Schmuck.</span>
<span class="ev_code_blue">Ooohhhhh... Damn.</span>

The next time I went past, I looked at everyone in Eagle Vision, to confirm that they were friends. And caught this guy.

Does anyone know if this was just a foul-up by Ubi, or if it's a hint at something, or if that one particular nondescript guy is just somehow so inherently evil that it shines through? Anyone got a bead on it?

PS: This is in the Kingdom, just outside Masyaf, across the road from the Viewpoint tower (which you can faintly see in the back, and to the left. In the back, and to the left. Back, and to the left.).

pretty sure that i've seen this around here before. its prolly just a goof up. or maybe a test to see how many people actually use eagle vison (thereby spotting this "mistake") i wouldn't really consider it a glitch at any rate, more of a coding error.

Well it's a bit of a stupid coding error since someone might use eagle vision, see the one guy in the crowd of good people that has the red glow around them and then kill them; resulting in everyone chasing after him/her and eventually killing the player.

<STRIKE>That's if they don't know how to counter attack...</STRIKE>
